Guided Chakra Meditations

Chakra Meditations allow you to clear your mind and get into your body. Thinking about your chakras is one thing; feeling your chakras brings a deeper understanding of what's going on in that energy center. These meditations are intended to help you relax, breathe and feel into your chakras, one at a time. Maybe you feel a strong sensations there, maybe nothing at all. By tuning into our energy body we can learn about what is going on with us at this moment on a clearer, more visceral level. From here we can recognize where our energy is stuck, deficient, or overactive. We then take steps to balance ourselves.

Muladhara - Root Chakra
Muladhara, the first chakra, is also called our root chakra. It is located at our very base, our perineum, between the pubic bone and tail bone. This chakra grounds us and sends our energy down into the earth, connecting us to the earth. It is our "root support," our feeling of being supported and safe. It is our right to be here.
